Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote Senior eLearning Specialist to lead the design and development of advanced online learning experiences. You will deliver immersive, accessible courses for a global workforce, collaborating with SMEs and project managers.

You will manage the full development lifecycle, mentor junior designers, and stay ahead of eLearning trends with modern authoring tools and strong ADDIE/SAM methodologies. Remote work enabled.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Instructional Design or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in eLearning development and instructional design, with at least 2 in a lead role.
• Expert proficiency with Articulate Storyline/Rise and Adobe Captivate.
• Strong knowledge of ADDIE/SAM and adult learning theories.
• Portfolio demonstrating advanced eLearning development.
• Stable internet and a conducive remote working environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced eLearning courses and training modules using industry-leading authoring tools.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to identify learning needs, define objectives, and structure content.
• Create interactive simulations, assessments, and multimedia content to enhance engagement.
• Ensure content aligns with objectives, instructional design best practices, and accessibility standards.
• Manage end-to-end development lifecycle from analysis to deployment.
• Provide technical guidance on eLearning tools and strategies.
• Conduct QA reviews of courses for accuracy and UX.
• Stay current with trends and innovations in eLearning.
• Mentor junior eLearning developers or designers.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.
