Placements24 is seeking a Senior E-commerce Product Manager to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our e-commerce platform. You will drive product innovation, optimize user experience, and align with business objectives, collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and operations.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in product management in e-commerce, strong UX/data-driven skills, and experience with agile processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; MBA/masters a plus.
Minimum 7 years in product management with a focus on e-commerce.
Proven track record of launching and managing complex digital products.
Strong understanding of UX, analytics, and agile development.
Experience with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Productboard).

Responsibilities

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the e-commerce platform.
Conduct market research and interviews to identify opportunities.
Translate strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and specs.
Prioritize backlog based on value, impact, and alignment.
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations throughout development.
Lead launches and drive market adoption of new features.
Monitor performance and iterate based on user feedback.
Develop go-to-market strategies with marketing and sales teams.
Manage stakeholder expectations and updates.
Keep abreast of e-commerce trends and technologies.
