Job summary
Placements24 seeks a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the development and enhancement of its cutting-edge online platform. This fully remote role allows you to drive critical initiatives for our digital presence while guiding distributed teams across development, design, QA, and business analysis.
You will champion agile practices, define scope and KPIs with product owners, manage budgets, and ensure rigorous testing and UX standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business or related field.
- PMP or Agile certs (CSM/CSPO) preferred.
- 8+ years project management, 4+ years in ecommerce/digital products.
- Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) in web app projects.
- Strong ecommerce, UX/UI, and digital marketing knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of ecommerce platform projects.
- Define scope, KPIs, and success criteria with product owners.
- Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and risk in Agile.
- Lead distributed teams of developers, designers, QA, and BAs.
- Oversee new functionalities meeting requirements and UX standards.
- Facilitate integrations with third-party platforms, payments, logistics.
- Ensure thorough testing (unit, integration, UAT) for quality.
- Communicate status to stakeholders; drive continuous improvement.
- Champion agile practices and remote collaboration.
