Placements24 seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for ecommerce initiatives within a remote-first environment. You will work with engineering, design, marketing and sales to bring innovative products to market and iterate based on user data.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in product management, deep ecommerce experience, and strong skills in agile methods, user research, analytics, and GTM execution. Autonomy and global collaboration are emphasized.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; MBA a plus.
• 7+ years in product management, with ecommerce/digital platform focus.
• Experience launching and managing complex digital products.
• Strong knowledge of agile development methods (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with user research, data analysis, and A/B testing.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Trello and analytics tools.

Responsabilidades

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for assigned product areas.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify opportunities and requirements.
• Translate strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and prototypes.
• Prioritize backlog and manage sprint planning with engineering teams.
• Oversee lifecycle from concept to launch and post-launch review.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers for intuitive interfaces.
• Partner with marketing and sales on GTM strategies and positioning.
• Monitor product performance using key metrics and user feedback.
• Act as product evangelist to internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead successful product launch activities and ensure adoption.
