Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Remote E-commerce Product Manager to steer the strategy and development of a digital product portfolio. Lead vision, roadmap, and feature sets for a global online retail platform, ensuring a best-in-class user experience and measurable business growth.

You will work with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to define specs, drive backlog, and relentlessly improve product KPIs in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management for e-commerce/digital products.
• Proven track record of launching and managing complex digital products.
• Strong UX, design thinking, and agile experience.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the e-commerce platform based on market analysis, customer feedback and business goals.
• Translate strategy into detailed product specs, user stories, and requirements for engineering and design teams.
• Prioritize features and backlog by business value, user needs and feasibility.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and operations to ensure successful development and launches.
• Define and track KPIs for product success, monitoring engagement, conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life.
• Advocate for the voice of the customer throughout the process.
• Facilitate remote team communication across time zones.
• Iterate on the product based on data, feedback and A/B tests.
