Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist with production ML deployments.
• Strong programming skills in Python or R with relevant libraries.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced statistical models and ML algorithms for mining applications.
• Clean, process, and transform large, complex datasets from diverse mining sources.
• Collaborate with domain experts to translate business problems into data science solutions.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure for analytics workflows.
• Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards for diverse stakeholders.
• Mentor junior data scientists and share knowledge.
