Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or related field.
• Extensive experience in curriculum development with focus on e-learning and digital content creation.
• Deep understanding of early childhood development principles and practices.
• Proven ability to lead projects and manage multiple deliverables in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of comprehensive e-learning curricula for early childhood education.
• Create engaging, interactive digital learning modules and multimedia content.
• Develop instructional strategies suitable for online delivery to young children.
• Conduct research on trends in e-learning and early childhood education.
• Collaborate with SMEs, instructional designers, and developers to ensure high-quality content.
