Qualifications

• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories, pedagogy, and assessment design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Experience working independently and managing multiple remote projects.
