Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 10+ years of construction PM experience with leadership responsibilities
• Experience delivering large-scale projects in a remote/virtual environment
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project or Primavera P6 and collaboration platforms

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction projects from inception to completion within time and budget
• Develop detailed project plans and allocate resources using PM software
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers in a virtual environment
• Manage budgets, risks, and quality and safety protocols
