Placements24 is recruiting a Senior Project Manager for remote leadership of large-scale construction initiatives. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes and adherence to quality standards.

You'll lead cross-functional teams, interface with clients and stakeholders, and drive risk management, cost control, and reporting in a globally distributed environment. A PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• Experience managing large-scale, complex projects.
• Knowledge of construction methodologies and contract management.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore; cost tools.
• PMP certification highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large construction projects.
• Develop project plans with scope, budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Oversee safety, quality, and contractual obligations.
• Manage finances, invoicing, and reporting.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues.
• Coordinate engineers, architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Serve as primary client and stakeholder contact.
• Ensure compliance with codes and permits.
• Implement PM best practices and reporting systems.
• Drive continuous improvement in execution and team performance.
