Placements24 is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead complex construction projects remotely across South Africa. You will oversee all phases from concept to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget results and top-quality standards.

You'll coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, monitor risks, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with SA building codes while leveraging digital collaboration tools for seamless progress tracking.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive construction project management experience.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
• Experience with MS Project, Primavera P6 and BIM technology.
• Knowledge of SA building codes and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects remotely or in hybrid settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead and mentor project teams including site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Conduct remote site assessments to ensure safety, quality, and specs.
• Identify and mitigate project risks with contingency plans.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships with regular progress reports.
• Maintain all project documentation, permits, and regulatory compliance.
