About the Role

Our client, a leading provider of social support services, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Community Support Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a fully remote, permanent position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a significant impact from anywhere in South Africa. You will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and overseeing community outreach programs designed to enhance the well‑being of vulnerable populations. This role requires a deep understanding of social care principles, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for community development. You will work closely with program coordinators, volunteers, and external stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of services and support within the **Stellenbosch** region and beyond. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for community outreach and engagement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards in the delivery of social care services.

Requirements

• A relevant degree in Social Work, Psychology, Community Development, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in community development, social work, or program management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience in managing remote teams and working in a remote‑first environment.
• Strong understanding of the social landscape and challenges within **South Africa**, particularly the **Western Cape**.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
