The ideal candidate has 8+ years in civil project management, professional registration (Pr Eng), and excellent virtual communication and leadership skills to guide remote teams and external consultants.

Qualifications

• B.Eng or BSc Eng in Civil Engineering with Pr Eng registration.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in civil engineering project management.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects remotely.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of civil engineering projects remotely.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and resources effectively across distributed teams.
• Oversee the work of remote engineering staff and external consultants, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication among team members, clients, and stakeholders via digital channels.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges in a virtual environment.
• Ensure all project documentation and reporting are completed accurately and on time.
