Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in catering operations, logistics management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large networks of external partners or suppliers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to interpret complex data and implement actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders remotely.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive operational improvements.
• Proficiency in using CRM, project management, and data analysis tools.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of thriving in an independent, remote work environment.
