Placements24 is seeking a Senior Aviation Project Manager to lead remote aviation initiatives. You will steer complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget while upholding safety standards.

You will collaborate with distributed teams, manage stakeholders, and drive performance through PMP/Agile practices in a remote-first environment. This role offers high autonomy and opportunities for leadership growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a significant portion within the aviation industry.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects from conception to completion.
• Strong understanding of aviation operations, infrastructure, or technology projects.
• Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile) and relevant software tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex aviation projects, ensuring they align with strategic business objectives.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage project teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and performance.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement timely corrective actions.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide comprehensive reports to senior management.
