Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an exceptional Senior Project Manager to lead a fully remote team. You will define project scope, manage resources, mitigate risks, and ensure successful delivery from inception to completion across distributed teams.

The role requires at least 8 years of project management experience, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and proficiency with PM software and collaboration tools. PMP or similar certification is highly desirable for this remote-lead role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project management.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP or similar certification is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to lead large, complex projects and manage diverse stakeholder groups.
• Expertise in using project management software and virtual collaboration tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills suitable for remote work.
• Demonstrated experience with agile or hybrid project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of complex projects, ensuring strategic alignment and timely delivery.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Manage and motivate cross-functional, remote teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Oversee project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial accountability.
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies.
• Provide clear and concise project status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
