The ideal candidate has 8+ years of engineering project leadership, deep technical knowledge, and exceptional communication to coordinate distributed teams and stakeholders across geographies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management within engineering.
• Proven experience managing complex, technical projects from initiation to closure.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, design processes, and product development lifecycles.
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, particularly in a remote setting.
• Experience with project management software and collaboration tools for distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering projects, meeting specifications and objectives.
• Manage scope, budgets, timelines, and resources with remote team coordination.
