Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Aviation Project Manager to lead critical aerospace initiatives. The role is fully remote, requiring strong leadership, planning, and delivery of complex aircraft development and system implementation projects.

You'll manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance, while collaborating with stakeholders and senior management in a global context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Aviation Management, Business Administration).
• Minimum 6 years of project management experience, with significant aviation industry exposure.
• PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage remote projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of aviation projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
• Manage budgets and track expenditures to meet financial objectives.
• Coordinate engineers, technicians, and specialists in a virtual environment.
• Identify and mitigate project risks with contingency plans.
• Communicate status and key issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure activities comply with aviation regulations and quality standards.
