Blacksmith Agency Llc is seeking a motivated Remote Sales Development Representative to join its expanding sales team. This fully remote role focuses on generating qualified leads and initiating contact with potential customers to fuel the sales pipeline.

You will qualify inbound and outbound leads, conduct discovery calls, and collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs. A proactive, communication‑driven mindset is essential for success in the East London market and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Sales Development Representative or similar role preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for remote work.
• Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads via cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads.
• Conduct discovery calls to assess prospect needs and pain points.
• Articulate products and services clearly and compellingly.
• Maintain detailed records of all sales activities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with Account Executives for smooth lead handoffs and follow-up.
