Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring a Sales Development Representative across South Africa who will open doors and drive pipeline. You will research target accounts, identify decision makers and craft personalized outreach across email, LinkedIn and phone.

You will book discovery calls for Account Executives and maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft, while continually testing messaging and collaborating with the sales team to improve targeting.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Experience with outbound tools and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
