Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative to open doors and drive pipeline across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel, researching accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking discovery calls to fuel our Account Executives.

Remote work within South Africa is supported, with a focus on thoughtful, high-quality outreach. You will use LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo to craft personalized messages, maintain precise Salesforce/SalesLoft

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
