Blacksmith Agency is seeking proactive Sales Development Representatives across South Africa to open doors and drive pipeline. You will research ideal accounts, identify decision makers and book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.

Join a remote-first team using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to craft personalized outreach while maintaining clean CRM records and contributing to healthy pipeline growth.

Qualificações

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication with the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiar with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo) and Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
