Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As SDR, you will research, source, and book meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

This full-time remote role lets you own the top of the funnel using tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience preferred.
• Strong written communication with ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator/SalesLoft/Apollo/ZoomInfo).

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
