Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC seeks Sales Development Representatives across South Africa to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel by researching accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking discovery calls for our Account Executives.

This full-time, remote role requires 2+ years in SDR or BDR, familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo) and Salesforce for pipeline management.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, preferably in an agency or SaaS
• Experience with outbound outreach and multi-channel sequences
• Ability to craft personalized messages and maintain accuracy in lists
• Familiarity with Salesforce for pipeline management

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback with the sales team
