Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel, researching accounts, identifying decision makers and booking meetings with qualified prospects.

Responsibilities include crafting personalized outreach via email/LinkedIn/phone, maintaining Salesforce records, and coordinating with Account Executives to schedule discovery calls. Previous B2B sales and outbound tool experience are valued.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience required or preferred.
• 2 years in SDR/BDR role desired.
• Experience carrying a quota and closing.
• Strong written communication and personalization skills.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
