Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As a Sales Development Representative, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This is a remote (South Africa) full-time role. You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to meet volume

Qualifications

2 years in SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS preferred.
Strong written communication with personalized outreach.
Experience with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
Familiarity with Salesforce and pipeline management.
Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
