Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring an Inside Sales SDR to own the top of the funnel across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers, and book meetings with qualified prospects using email, LinkedIn, and phone.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in SDR/BDR roles, strong written communication, and experience with outbound tools and Salesforce. This is a full-time remote role based in South Africa, with diligent pipeline management and a coachable mindset.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and CRM platforms.
• Able to manage your own prospecting pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
