Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers. This is a full-time, remote role within South Africa, focusing on thoughtful outreach using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce.

You will craft personalized sequences, identify decision makers, and maintain accurate Salesforce records while driving pipeline and learning

Qualifications

2+ years in SDR/BDR role or similar
Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach
Familiarity with outbound tools such as Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo
Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline
Gritty, curious and coachable

Responsibilities

Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
