Job summary

Techloom Global is hiring an experienced Appointment Setter/SDR to join a fast-growing marketing company selling advertising and software solutions to car dealerships across the US. Remote position with US Eastern hours.

You will work with scripts and playbooks to book and confirm appointments, re-engage no-shows, and reactivate older leads. This is a full-time role with a structured lead engine and high-volume expectations.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in appointment setting or SDR roles on high-volume leads.
• Fluent English with clear phone communication.
• Confident handling busy business decision-makers.
• Fast speed-to-lead and adherence to scripts.
• Availability Monday–Friday, US Eastern hours.

Responsibilities

• Call new inbound leads within 5 minutes and book them on the calendar.
• Confirm self-booked appointments by phone to boost show rates.
• Re-engage no-shows to protect the calendar.
• Work a database of thousands of warm leads for reactivation.
• Follow the established script and handle objections.
• Pre-frame calls for a smooth sales conversation.
