Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel, researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers to drive pipeline. This is a fully remote role within South Africa.

You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality outreach. If you are gritty, coachable and data-driven, this is for you.

• Excellent written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Experience crafting outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Ability to research and identify ICPs and decision-makers.
