The role requires 2+ years in outbound SDR/BDR, strong written English, and comfort with cold outreach. Expect startup speed, autonomy, and overlapping hours with Australia.

Qualifications

• Two years or more of outbound SDR/BDR experience into SME buyers.
• Written English that can engage time-poor agents.
• Comfort on the phone with people who did not ask you to call.
• Startup temperament with self-directed problem solving.
• Fluency with CRM (HubSpot preferred) and sequencing tools.
• Willingness to work a shifted day with four hours overlap with Australian business day.

Responsibilities

• Own every Grader lead and build working list from Grader database and marketing guidance.
• Execute multi-channel outbound: email, LinkedIn, and phone with a value-first approach.
• Prioritize, qualify, and route leads using the Agency Opportunity Score and signals.
• Book, hold, and convert meetings with decision-makers.
• Maintain CRM discipline: log touches and outcomes in HubSpot daily.
• Provide weekly feedback to marketing and product on signals and objections.
