Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel by researching accounts, identifying decision makers and booking discovery calls for our Account Executives.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in SDR/BDR roles, strong written communication, and familiarity with outbound tools. You will manage your own pipeline in Salesforce/SalesLoft and thrive in a fast-paced, coachable environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience preferred.
• Excellent written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiar with outbound tools (SalesLoft, Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
