Blacksmith Agency is seeking an energetic Sales Development Representative to open doors across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers and book meetings to fuel the sales pipeline.

In this remote role, you will craft personalized outbound sequences via LinkedIn, email and phone, and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives. You will own your pipeline, maintain data hygiene in Salesforce and SalesLoft, and track outcomes to improve messaging.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP and build contact lists.
• Identify decision makers and book qualified discovery calls.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and provide feedback to sales team.
