SallySupport is a remote staffing partner supporting home care agencies across the US and Canada. We recruit, vet, train, and support caregivers who integrate into client operations as an extension of their teams.

We are seeking a proactive Scheduling & Recruitment Coordinator to remotely support a U.S.-based home care organisation. You will manage caregiver schedules, conduct preliminary screening, and maintain accurate records while adapting to changing staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, workforce coordination, staffing or healthcare administration.
• Experience in home care or healthcare staffing is advantageous.
• Strong telephone and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changes with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Schedule caregiver shifts based on client care requirements and caregiver availability.
• Match caregivers to client shifts, including 24/7 care when needed.
• Communicate schedule details and changes to caregivers promptly.
• Monitor coverage and address call-outs with replacements as needed.
• Conduct preliminary screening of caregiver applicants and assess suitability.
