SallySupport is seeking a South Africa-based Client Intake & Sales Coordinator to support a U.S. home care office. You will be the first contact for prospective clients, conduct initial intake, and guide conversations toward onboarding.

We value warm, empathetic, patient, and confident communicators who can work with a U.S.-based team. The role emphasizes relationship-building over hard selling, with responsibilities spanning lead follow-up, information gathering, and service explanation.

Qualifications

• Inside sales experience or consultative sales experience is valuable.
• Client services or customer success experience is valuable.
• Admissions or enrollment or other service-based roles involving complex conversations are valuable.
• Home care experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, emotional intelligence, objection handling and sales ability are important.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from prospective clients and family members.
• Build trust and rapport with seniors and family decision-makers.
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand the family's needs and urgency.
• Conduct initial client intakes and gather required information.
• Explain services, care options, and value proposition clearly.
• Help prospective clients understand which services fit their needs.
• Handle objections professionally, including cost and timing questions.
• Follow up with leads and recognize buying signals.
• Confidently ask for the business and next steps.
• Coordinate with U.S.-based office during intake and onboarding.
