Job summary

Placements24 is expanding its fully remote sales division by adding a Remote Sales Specialist based in the Mahikeng region. You will manage client accounts, drive growth through proactive engagement, and deliver exceptional service from a home office.

Responsibilities include account management, upselling, and conducting virtual product demonstrations to meet monthly and quarterly targets, while maintaining CRM records and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales role with a strong track record of success.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; proficient with virtual tools.
• Strong organizational skills and time management for remote work.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales enablement technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of assigned client accounts, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our client's products and services.
• Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations to prospective and existing clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for your assigned accounts.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and client communications in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless service experience.
