Remote Recruitment is seeking an organised Sales Order Administrator to support the order process from enquiry to completion. You will prepare accurate paperwork, keep customers informed and help the sales team follow through on agreed orders.

The role is fully remote, based in South Africa, with UK business hours. You should have at least one year of sales admin experience, strong attention to detail and proficiency with spreadsheets and CRM systems.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of experience in sales administration or order processing.
• Strong attention to detail with prices and quantities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, email, and CRM systems.
• Able to prioritise orders against deadlines.
• Reliable and able to work independently.
• Quiet workspace and reliable internet with backup plan.

Mansioni

• Prepare quotations using approved prices and product information.
• Enter and check customer orders in the system.
• Confirm order details, delivery information and requirements.
• Coordinate with sales, operations and finance to resolve queries.
• Keep customers updated on progress and raise delays promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer records, files and pipeline updates.
• Track outstanding quotations and follow up as instructed.
