Placements24 in South Africa seeks an Operations Administrator to drive efficient daily operations and support customer satisfaction. This remote-first role allows work from anywhere in SA while staying connected to our Durban core operations.

You will coordinate across logistics, customer service and sales, monitor workflows, and implement process improvements. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and proficiency with Excel and inventory systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations or administrative roles.
• Strong understanding of business operations and workflow management.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work remotely and manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and manage daily operational activities, ensuring adherence to procedures.
• Coordinate with logistics, customer service, and sales to ensure smooth workflow.
