Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Remote Sales Operations Manager to optimize the efficiency of the sales organization. This fully remote role focuses on systems, processes, and data supporting the sales team’s success, working with leadership, marketing, and IT to ensure accurate forecasting.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in sales operations/related roles, strong CRM, data visualization (Tableau/Power BI), and a track record of improving operational performance in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in a quantitative field.
• 5–7+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or analytical roles in tech/SaaS preferred.
• Proven expertise with CRM admin/config and sales analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize the sales technology stack including CRM and reporting dashboards.
• Develop and manage scalable sales processes and best practices.
• Manage the forecasting process with accuracy and actionable insights for leadership.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain sales performance metrics for leadership and teams.
• Collaborate with marketing to align demand gen and pipeline management.
• Support the sales team with data analysis, territory planning, and commissions.
• Design and implement sales training related to processes and tools.
