Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural alignment. Actively participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to knowledge sharing. Maintain accurate records in the recruitment database/ATS.

A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with a proven specialization in sales and marketing roles. Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates in competitive sales and marketing environments. Solid understanding of sales methodologies, marketing principles, and common digital marketing tools. Exceptional remote communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency with online recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and virtual collaboration platforms. Ability to work autonomously, manage workload effectively, and maintain high performance in a remote setup. A proactive, results-oriented mindset with excellent organizational abilities.
