Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and training of new SDRs in a BPO/call center setting.
• Design, develop, and improve training programs including onboarding, product knowledge, and methodologies.
• Create training content within an LMS platform and keep it up to date.
• Coach SDRs and team leads to boost performance and consistency.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to align programs with KPIs.
• Monitor metrics and provide targeted coaching and retraining as needed.
