Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel activities across South Africa. You will research ideal accounts, identify decision makers and create personalized outbound sequences to generate qualified meetings for our Account Executives.

In this remote SA role, you’ll use tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality outreach.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role (agency or SaaS experience a plus).
• Strong written communication with ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
