Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel, researching ideal accounts and booking meetings with qualified decision makers. You will craft personalized outreach using email, LinkedIn and phone, and you will help create the first impression for Blacksmith Agency with potential clients.

This remote role offers the autonomy to manage your own pipeline, while using tools like Salesforce, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo to hit

Qualifications

2 years in an SDR/BDR or similar role.
2 years experience in a similar SDR or BDR role; agency or SaaS background is a plus.
Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
