Job summary

E2C International is seeking a Cleaning Company Sales & Customer Success Coordinator for a remote role. You will own inbound calls from script to booked job, drive upsells, and manage the customer relationship post-sale to grow revenue per customer.

You will handle complaints end-to-end, coordinate with subcontractors, and provide weekly summaries of upsells, reviews, and win-back activity to leadership. This is a full-time, independent contractor position with remote work.

Qualifications

• Inbound sales and customer success experience preferred.
• Strong phone presence and ability to close deals.
• Disciplined about logging and tagging every interaction.
• Ability to handle objections and de-escalate unhappy customers.
• Experience with inbound sales, customer success, or call center is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle every inbound call from first ring to booked job.
• Build and verify quotes in Jobber and present pricing on call.
• Collect payment info and update client status to Customer in Jobber.
• Send follow-up quote emails and notify scheduling team.
• Tag clients as Customer vs. Prospect for targeted outreach.
