Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Cleaning Operations Coordinator to manage cleaning operations across multiple sites from a home office. The role emphasizes proactive planning, clear remote communication, and adherence to health and safety standards, with responsibilities spanning scheduling, inventory, training, and client liaison.

You will oversee remote teams, monitor performance via digital tools, and prepare operational reports.

Formación

• Proven experience in cleaning operations coordination or facilities management, preferably with remote oversight.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools, project management software, and inventory systems.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and industry best practices.
• Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate cleaning schedules and assign tasks to remote cleaning teams across multiple sites.
• Act as the primary point of contact for remote cleaning staff, addressing queries and providing support.
• Manage and track inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment for various locations, arranging for timely delivery.
• Monitor cleaning performance through remote reporting tools and client feedback, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Develop and implement remote training materials and best practices for cleaning staff.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all operational areas.
• Handle client communications and feedback regarding cleaning services, resolving issues efficiently.
• Prepare reports on operational efficiency, supply usage, and team performance.
• Facilitate communication between clients, remote teams, and management to ensure seamless operations.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of remote operational procedures.
