Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Cleaning Operations Coordinator to oversee cleaning operations across client sites from a fully remote setup. You'll schedule teams, manage requests, and ensure service quality from a distance while maintaining strong client rapport.

You should have solid experience in operations/logistics, be proficient with scheduling and CRM tools, and communicate clearly with field staff and clients to ensure SLAs are met nationwide.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations coordination, logistics management, or facilities management in cleaning or service industries.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills for remote multitasking.
• Strong written and verbal communication for clients and field staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule cleaning teams and services for multiple client locations remotely.
• Manage service requests, work orders, and client inquiries through digital platforms.
• Ensure timely deployment of cleaning staff to various sites.
• Implement and monitor quality control processes using remote reporting tools and client feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of service delivery, staff schedules, and client communications.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients and field operations personnel, resolving issues promptly.
• Assist in the development and refinement of operational procedures and protocols.
• Manage inventory and allocation of cleaning supplies and equipment to different sites as needed.
• Collaborate with sales and client management teams to ensure service level agreements are met.
• Generate operational reports on performance, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
