Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ sales and marketing experience.
• Must be bilingual in Afrikaans and English (non-negotiable).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s license (non-negotiable).
• Grade 12 / Matric qualification required.
• Marketing, Sales, or related Degree, Diploma, or suitable qualification.
• Customer-focused with a strong commitment to delivering excellent service.
• Innovative mindset with the ability to research new ways to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to achieve budgeted targets and present sales performance updates.
• Prepare and submit monthly sales reports.
• Manage weekly sales activities to acquire new clients, including SMEs needing GFSI/ISO services.
• Achieve monthly activity targets and provide weekly reports.
• Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, client emails, and demos; schedule appointments.
• Coordinate training interventions and calendar by client projects.
• Ensure client satisfaction and accurate invoicing data to Accounts.
