Placements24 is seeking a driven Remote Customer Success Manager to nurture client relationships, drive retention, and maximize value from our SaaS solutions. You will own onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success for a portfolio of clients while coordinating with sales and product teams.

This fully remote role requires excellent communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate asynchronously across time zones.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in Customer Success or similar client-facing role.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of clients and build lasting relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable with virtual meetings.
• Understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management.
• Proven track record of driving retention and satisfaction.

• Manage a portfolio of clients and foster long-term relationships.
• Oversee onboarding and successful integration of SaaS products.
• Monitor client health and usage to identify engagement opportunities.
• Conduct regular business reviews and strategic check-ins with clients.
• Address concerns promptly and escalate when needed.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
• Voices of the customer internally to inform product, sales, and marketing.
• Develop customized customer success plans for clients.
• Contribute to CS best practices and resources.
