Placements24 is seeking a driven Retail Sales Executive to join our client’s team, primarily operating remotely to support Paarl operations in the Western Cape. You will engage with customers, present solutions, and close sales via digital channels or phone, with occasional in-person visits to client sites.

The role emphasizes target achievement, excellent communication, and independent work in a flexible remote setting, with opportunities for training and staff discounts as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales role.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage a sales pipeline.
• Proficiency in using CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engaging with potential customers to identify their needs and present suitable product solutions.
• Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets and contributing to team sales goals.
• Conducting product demonstrations and presentations (virtually or in-person as needed).
• Managing the sales pipeline, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Processing sales orders accurately and ensuring timely follow-up with customers.
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
• Collaborating with the sales team and management to develop and refine sales strategies.
• Utilizing CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
