Job summary

Placements24 seeks a Remote Retail Operations Coordinator to optimize inventory, logistics, and store support across its national retail network. You will implement policies, monitor compliance, and provide operational insights from a home office.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and experience with ERP/POS systems, enabling you to streamline processes and improve efficiency in a distributed team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail operations, logistics, or related administrative roles.
• Strong inventory management and supply chain understanding.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; multitasking capability.
• Proficient in ERP and POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Supply Chain or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage inventory levels across multiple locations to ensure stock availability.
• Liaise with suppliers and distribution centers for inbound/outbound logistics.
• Assist in implementing and enforcing store policies and procedures.
• Support store teams with operational inquiries and troubleshooting.
• Monitor health, safety, and security standards across all stores.
• Process and track purchase orders, invoices, and documents.
• Prepare reports on inventory, sales, and operations performance.
• Coordinate rollout of new store initiatives and promotions.
• Maintain and update operational databases and documentation.
• Assist in onboarding new store personnel on operational aspects.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Provide administrative support to Head of Retail Operations and management.
